May 2013 – The Peacock Inn proudly announces the implementation of its new a la carte menu! In an effort to bring the finest dining experience to our guests, The Peacock Inn will now be offering an a la carte menu as well as a four course tasting menu, available with wine pairing.
The Peacock Inn will continue to offer menu items in an a la carte format in our bar/lounge. Based upon our guests positive feedback we have devised a menu that will permit The Peacock Inn to deliver an array of culinary delights for your dining pleasure. All menus will reflect local seasonal ingredients carefully selected and expertly prepared.
The Peacock Inn will also be offering wine pairing options for all menus. The wines will be hand selected by our sommelier & restaurant manager Christopher Macartney, who returns to The Peacock Inn from stints in Philadelphia with the Starr restaurant group. Chris comes to The Peacock Inn with extensive knowledge in wine and fine dining hospitality.
Both the culinary and hospitality teams are enthusiastically looking forward to providing our patrons with the experience that our guests have come to expect. The service shall continue to be warm and welcoming and the food will continue to delight while showcasing the culinary skill sets and creativity of Chef Manuel Perez, Pastry Chef Cynthia Lukens, and Sous chef Majid Parvez.
